  Sherif Samir But most likeky osteosarcoma as it has the classic appearance of osteosarcoma as sunray appearance . Cortical destruction .periosteal nbf.and it is less likely to be myositis ossifican which has delicate cleavage line between lesion and soft tissue in addition to that maturation of myositis ossifican from peripheral to central but in osteosarcoma from central to peripheral
