  Sanjay Joseph This being a girl, purely for cosmetic reasons, I would have made a shorter incision. Inferiorly the incision is rather generous and superiorly too, incision goes only into the dermis, so does not help in exposure. Also, I would have used sub-cuticular absorbable suture to give a thinner scar and avoid cross - hatching.
